The work is indeed pretty rushed but my nails look decent. They aren’t perfect whatsoever though. Their customer service is average but one girl in particular is so sweet ! She’s sooo helpful.

been coming here on and off for a while for the cheap prices but the customer service and services provided in general have gone down hill. my last two pedicures looked nice when i left but the pinky toe on each fell off the same day the first time and the second chipped within the first week. both were gel and i blamed myself. recently came in for a wax and pedi by appointment just for them to try and wax the wrong area at first?? on top of that i had to go and shave after the wax because she missed SO much hair even after i had pointed it out to get large areas that still had hair rewaxed. the woman waxing me got rude and very obviously irritated after i pointed out she missed a ton of spots and i wanted them to be waxed again. i still left with large areas with patchy hair left behind and wax on my clothes because she rushed and was obviously upset. on top of it all waxing my area was meant to be $40 but since i pointed out the sloppy work i was charged $50 instead. i would genuinely give this place a lower rating if i could. the only person worth dealing with is their manager, she does great work. definitely won’t be returning

Nail Salon is clean n fresh full Beautiful technical staff. They were very polite and attentive. I will being going back there. You get what you pay for! Treat yourself, you are the one paying. It is well Worth it all. I feel Great!

So two days after paying for this nail with a painted butterfly n gemstones it fell off the next day my other index finger nail on my other hand fell off. So I go there n the kid in the second seat is always rude n he cut me once so I wasn’t happy he was gonna re do them. He did a full set before n they fell off within a wk. well he does replaces the two nails n goes to paint them and tells me $15 I said im not paying I just paid 3 days ago so he starts arguing with me then tells me to get out or he’s calling the police then Ella the manager yells to get out I had my child with me so we left. They are all rude and talk about everyone in their language. STAY AWAY

I have been going to Nail Tech to get my nails done for nearly a year and leave very happy everytime. The technicians are very friendly and happy. The price is very reasonable. I have never had a bad experience although I do suggest going in the evenings or early on the weekends when they aren't as busy. They even give you a massage. I had a refill with gel and a cat's eye design and it was 35.00. There are a lot of nail salons in the area but I haven't found one that I like more than this one. Try this salon, you won't be disappointed.
